ADVANCE APPOINTMENTS
Demand for spa services is high, especially on weekends and holidays.
We highly recommend making a reservation several weeks in advance of your desired date and time.

All guests must be at least 16 years of age.

SPA APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES

WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY PRICING
Weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holiday pricing is $30 higher per service (excluding hair).

Applies to Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and the following holidays: November 27, November 29, December 23 – January 1, 2025, January 20, February 17, May 26, September 1, October 13, November 26, and December 22 – January 4, 2026.

CANCELLATIONS/LATE ARRIVALS
As a courtesy to all spa guests, cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in the rate charged to your account. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment, if possible. If we are not able to reschedule your appointment, your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment, which will end as scheduled.

CHECK-IN
We recommend that you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first treatment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. To ensure your safety and comfort, we encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience. Give yourself time before your treatments to enjoy the Hydromassage Experience Pool. Outside food and beverages, including alcohol, cannot be brought into the spa.

WHAT TO BRING 
You will need to bring your swimsuit for the Hydromassage Experience Pool. Robes and towels are provided to all guests. We suggest leaving valuable jewelry at home.

GRATUITY
For your convenience, a 20 percent gratuity will be added to service fees at check-in and can be adjusted at any time. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary.

ETIQUETTE
Kohler Waters Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for both our spa guests and staff. For this reason, talking on cell phones and use of phone cameras in the locker rooms, treatment rooms, and relaxation areas is prohibited.

Please remember that all Kohler Waters Spa therapists and other staff are experienced professionals here to provide you the highest level of service. In return, we ask that you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment. Failure to act in accordance with spa etiquette may result in removal from the property and future services may be refused.

THERAPISTS
Services are performed by both male and female therapists. If you have a gender preference, please specify during booking.

GROUPS/WEDDINGS
We welcome groups. For groups of five or more desiring spa services and activities, please contact the Spa Group Coordinator at (312) 245-9129. Some date restrictions apply.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available for purchase at the Kohler Waters Spa at Lincoln Park Boutique, at KohlerCollection.com, or by calling (312) 245-9129. Gift cards are redeemable at spa locations in Kohler, Wis.; Burr Ridge, Ill.; Green Bay, Wis.; and Chicago, Ill.
